Athletic Skills (Individual) Coaching
Basketball & Football Workouts
Each Session is 1hr 30mins long
We teach the basic fundamentals in basketball and football, while incorporating a mentors approach to providing education and life skills during all training sessions.
The youth will learn discipline, structure, and self-evaluation during each workout. At the end of their 4 sessions, the youth can expect to gain value in the area of fundamentals.
This training course is not only educating and challenging but is also a fun environment that encourages the athlete to appreciate the results of working hard.
